Truly an Oasis
This place is... WOW... Just.. WOW! The pictures do not come close to the real thing. It far exceeded our expectations and we were constantly surprised by the place and especially the backyard, it truly is an Oasis! The inside and HUGE and we had plenty of space for all the guests. Not once did we feel crowded. So much space to relax and take in the greenery. If you want your own private resort THIS IS THE PLACE. Seriously, you will not find a better one. Urban Sands (The company that manages the property) was amazing. We never felt intruded upon or "watched" as you do at some Airbnb's. They were always quick to reply and helped in every way possible. There is not a single thing I would have changed about the house or management. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to coming back soon!

I wish I could give this place six stars! We had a delightful visit in this adorable beach house. Our family of four stayed and the house was the perfect size. The house was decorated in a modern way with fun beachy accents that gave it a great vacation vibe. The rooms were comfortable, the adjustable beds were great. The bathrooms were clean and looked brand new, especially the spa-like master bathroom with the enormous double-head shower. The living room was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. One of the greatest perks was the amazing bilevel wrap-around patio in the front yard, it was a getaway in and of itself. There was plenty of room to eat and hang out and enjoy the San Diego weather. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from dishes to beach towels, and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood was peaceful and everyone we ran into was friendly. It is walkable to some cute restaurants and easy to find for ride shares. You can even see the Sea World fireworks from the patio, which is a fun way to end a great day at this fun beach house. The owner is onsite and was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Great Host, Great Place
The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Super responsive in replying, and helping me and my friends with the place. You will be hard-pressed to find such great hosts. The house is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Little Italy. The house has plenty of room to relax in. Great patio to hang outside. If I'm ever back in San Diego this place will be the first that I book again.
