When will I receive the check in information?
You will receive the check-in instructions one day before your arrival date. If you need them sooner for any reason, please let us know!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a refund of your payment minus service charges. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your cleaning fee and property damage protection will be refunded. If we are able to rebook your nights, will we refund the nightly rate as well! Please note that service fees are non-refundable.
Can I bring my pet with me?
While we love your furry friends, most of our homes do not allow pets. The home will be listed as pet friendly if they are permitted.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term stays, military, veterans, healthcare workers, etc.?
We currently do not offer any discounts.
Is parking included with the rental? What size vehicle(s) will fit, and how many?
If parking is included with the rental, it will be noted in the amenities section of the listing. More information will be sent with specific parking instructions in the check-in instructions!
Do you any provide baby/child supplies such as a crib, pack ‘n play, highchair, etc.?
We have a few properties that provide a pack-and-play and highchair. Please reach out to us regarding your specific needs. We also have a company that we recommend that rents baby equipment, and they will drop off and pick up the rental items for your stay. (BabyQuip)
Can I receive mail or packages at the rental while I’m staying there?
Our rentals are not set up to receive mail and packages for guests. We recommend having packages sent to a central location such as an Amazon hub or locker for a safe delivery!
