The front unit contains 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, and large living room with fireplace.
The 2-story back unit contains 2 bedrooms (King, Queen), 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Both units are beautifully furnished with quality pieces.
The large kitchen, BBQ, ample dining and lounging areas, tranquil beach neighborhood, and outdoor patio space make this a great location for your family vacation, work retreat, or other gathering!
Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor's peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $150/day, plus tax and service fees. Please let us know if you are interested! Please note that it takes 12-24 hours for the pool to heat up, so it is best to arrange this ahead of your stay!
