This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for your next vacation, offering everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. Located just a short walk from the beach, the home features a spacious patio with a built-in custom BBQ, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. We provide beach essentials, including boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and towels, so you can make the most of your time by the ocean.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a plush California King bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy Queen bed. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded with large, modern showers. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the living space includes high-speed WiFi and a TV with a Firestick for streaming. A washer/dryer, air conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay year-round.
Unbeatable Location
Centrally located, this home offers easy access to Carlsbad’s best attractions. You’re just minutes from Tamarack and other Carlsbad beaches, the Carlsbad Lagoon, and the famous Flower Fields. Carlsbad Village, with its charming cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, is nearby. Major attractions such as Legoland (10 minutes), the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Safari Park, and Petco Park (about 30 minutes), and even Disneyland (an hour away) are all within reach.
Shared Space & Pet-Friendly Option
This home is one of two units on the lot, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and shared areas. The front driveway can accommodate up to four cars, shared between both units, and the courtyard is a communal space. The back tenant has a friendly shepherd/lab mix named Rosie—she’s great with people and kids! If you’d like to bring your own furry friend, there’s a $100 pet fee per stay.
Important Note About Trains
The home is located next to the train tracks, where two types of trains pass by: the San Diego Coaster, a commuter train that runs during the day and typically goes by quickly, and the occasional freight train, which is heavier and runs a couple of times a day (rarely at night). While the trains are generally not loud, light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.
This home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer. However, please note that this is not a party house or a smoking property. We look forward to hosting you!
